We are seeking a Bacon Bits Operations Supervisor (1st Shift) to oversee and ensure the proper cooking and chilling of our high-quality Hatfield products. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting deviations, and ensuring FSQA releases. You'll be responsible for maintaining compliance with company specifications and leading a team in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is independent, accountable, and capable of managing a team while being self leading.

A dedicated and flexible leader with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food industry or manufacturing setting. Knowledgeable in HACCP, SAP, and food safety regulations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all processes. Transparent and honest, with strong accountability to address deviations and ensure quality standards. Able to work a 5AM start shift (typically 10 hours), ensuring smooth operations with a focus on continuous improvement.

Monitor and supervise all smokehouse cooking and chilling processes to meet company specifications. Lead and develop a team by setting clear expectations, improving standardization, and fostering accountability. Ensure compliance with Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures (SSOP) and food safety requirements. Troubleshoot deviations, address issues immediately, and ensure FSQA releases for product quality assurance.
