MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF LOADING/UNLOADING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking warehouse case pickers to fill openings at a large freezer warehouse located in Riverside, CA.
1st shift: Monday-Sunday - Five 8 hour shifts 4am-12:30pm or Four 10 hour shifts 4am - 2:30pm
Requirements for the lumpers:
- Lumping/Palletizing, Shrink wrap, Restacking pallets, Case Picking
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Must be able to operate a Standup High Reach Forklift and EPJ
- Steel Toe Boots

Responsibilities for lumpers:
- Managing and maintaining warehouse functions
- Unloading incoming shipments from shipping trucks
- Logging inventory
- Lifting, bending, squatting, climbing and turning to cover the containers with product
- General warehouse maintenance
- Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device
- Operate Standup Forklift High Reach/Standup pallet jack
