- Lead immersive labs where students practice real diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on airframe & powerplant systems.
- Co-create and refine curriculum to stay current with industry advances.
- Offer one-on-one mentorship that builds critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Model uncompromising safety standards and best practices.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of practical work experience in the field (teaching not included).
- FAA A&P license preferred; if not current, we will pay for you to obtain it.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy for learners moving at different speeds.
- $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
- Weekends off
- Paid training
- Tuition waiver after 6 months for you and your immediate family, offered at UTI and Concorde campuses
