- Minimum 16+ years of experience as a QA Lead & Test Manager, with a minimum of 10+ years of Insurance domain experience, is required.
- Must have at least 3+ EIS OneSuite (PolicyCore / BillingCore / ClaimsCore / PAS - Policy Administration System) implementations
- Hands-on Group Benefits SME
JD – EIS Program Director (QE, Group Benefits)
Role Overview : Must have Insurance domain and EIS OneSuite implementation projects QA / Test Manager experience, and exceptional functional & communication skills with EIS Programs. Hands-on lead QE-driven EIS programs ensuring quality, governance, and delivery across the lifecycle.
