Assistant General Manager

Go Greek Yogurt is coming to Dallas, and we’re looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to help us open and operate our first Dallas location.

Go Greek started in Beverly Hills and has built a loyal following around authentic Greek yogurt, fresh ingredients, smoothies and a premium guest experience. Dallas is an important new market for us, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company as we expand.

This is not just a shift-manager position. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and ownership, help hire and train the opening team, and play a major role in creating the culture and operating standards for our Dallas stores.

What You’ll Do

• Help recruit, hire and train the opening team
• Support the GM in all day-to-day store operations
• Lead shifts and maintain an exceptional guest experience
• Manage scheduling, labor and team performance
• Help control food costs, inventory, ordering and waste
• Maintain extremely high standards for cleanliness, product quality and presentation
• Coach and develop team members
• Help build systems and standards we can use as we open additional Dallas locations
• Step in and take ownership when something needs to get done

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Fast-casual, QSR, café, smoothie, coffee or similar experience preferred
• Experience managing labor, food costs and inventory
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and taking care of guests
• Opening-team experience is a plus
• Ambitious — we want someone who ultimately wants to become a General Manager and run their own location

Training & Growth

You’ll spend approximately one week training with the Go Greek team in Los Angeles before the Dallas opening.

We plan to grow in the Dallas market, and our goal is to develop great people from within. For the right person, this position can lead to becoming a General Manager of a future Go Greek location.

Compensation

$50,000–$55,000 base salary, depending on experience.
