Responsibilities: Prepare and slice deli meats, cheeses, and other products according to customer specifications and company standards. Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders and answering questions about deli products and specials. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli work area, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health and safety guidelines. Stock and rotate deli products to ensure freshness and minimize waste. Assist with inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
