Advanced Pharmacy Technician - Full Time Back End

Position Summary Advanced Pharmacy Technician in a closed‑door pharmacy at Omnicare, a CVS Health Company. Day in the Life Ensures medication needs and regulatory compliance are met while working in various pharmacy workstations, including back‑end order fulfillment, packaging, dispensing, delivery order review, and inventory coordination. Responsibilities Partner with the function supervisor to coordinate workflow for assigned areas preparing and processing medications. Rotate and work in assigned pharmacy workstations: Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, Ekit, Compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill, Machine Packaging. Coordinate product deliveries, pull and stage for distribution, rotate stock, and ensure accurate, timely shipments with drivers. Perform physical inventories of medication. Required Qualifications Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law. One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the long‑term care industry. Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting. PTCB National Certification. Five (5) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience. Education Verifiable High School Diploma or GED. Hours and Compensation Anticipated weekly hours: 40.
