Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This position supports the talent acquisition team at the Large Engine Center. They will be tasked with interview coordination and some administrative tasks. Payrate: $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Position's Contributions to Work Group: This position supports the talent acquisition team at the Large Engine Center. They will be tasked with interview coordination and some administrative tasks. Typical task breakdown: Coordination of large volume interviews. Coordinating interview schedules with the business and the candidates and ensuring candidates have interview preparation and the business has interview documentation and support. This will also involve coordinating with our security teams and welcome center teams to ensure availability of interview space and ensuring a welcoming experience when they come onsite Education & Experience Required: Years of experience: 8+ Degree requirement: Highschool or equivalent Master's and above overqualified Bachelor's will only need 4 years of experience Top 3 Skills: Meeting/Scheduling experience Microsoft office suite ATS or Recruiting team experience would be a huge plus. Additional Technical Skills : Microsoft suite ATS experience Soft Skills: Must be okay with fast paced environments Strong team environment, must be able to work in a team dynamic where they have many people they are supporting. Our roles are very reliant on the work of others. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.00 - $28.00/hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
