Job ID#: 38113 Plaintiff-side trial firm handling mass tort, toxic tort, pharmaceutical, and catastrophic injury litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Core Responsibilities Manage and litigate mass tort / product liability cases from intake through trial or resolution Handle large dockets of cases (often 50–100+ depending on role seniority) Conduct case development , including fact investigation and medical record analysis Draft and argue: Pleadings Motions Discovery Depositions Coordinate with: Co-counsel across jurisdictions Experts (medical, liability, damages) Participate in trial preparation and trial work (firm is very trial-focused) Negotiate settlements and maximize client recovery (including lien resolution strategy) Manage multi-jurisdictional filings and deadlines (These duties are inferred from both associate and paralegal roles supporting case-managing attorneys and full lifecycle litigation responsibility.)
