Systems Analyst

ATA Services Inc is seeking a Systems Analyst to support government and private sector clients by analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and improving administrative and support systems. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and coordinate with IT and vendors on solutions, configurations, and testing. You will create documentation, reports, and user training materials, helping ensure reliable, efficient systems that support staffing, payroll, and business support operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes for staffing, payroll, and support operations.
• Gather, clarify, and prioritize functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design, configure, and implement system solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans, validate data, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and user guides.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support operational and management decision-making.
• Provide user support, training, and change management assistance during rollouts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality and system performance.
• Coordinate small projects and enhancements, tracking progress and communicating status.
