Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions via video conferencing, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges.

• Employ advanced therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), during treatment sessions to ensure effective patient outcomes.

• Document session notes and client progress accurately within our telehealth platform to maintain continuity of care.

• Conduct follow-up interactions to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate a supportive and nurturing atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress management, and adjustment issues. Utilizing your skills in telemedicine, you will reach clients who may otherwise face barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
