Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and manage appropriate resources related to patient care at the unit level
• Ensure competency of clinical staff through oversight and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring nursing
• Ability to assess and manage patients in a telemetry unit setting
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role
• Familiarity with resource management in an acute care environment
