Senior Software Engineer

Salary: $137,000 - 200,200 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph.
• We are looking for someone with 2–5 years of professional experience.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• We need hands-on experience developing applications in Java and Python.
• We require experience building RESTful APIs, web services, and backend integrations.
• We expect familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, along with SQL development.
• We require experience using Git, version control tools, and Agile delivery methods.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Spring Boot, Flask, FastAPI, Django, or comparable frameworks.
• Preferred qualifications include exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, and API gateway technologies.
• Preferred qualifications include Security+ certification or familiarity with secure coding and RMF principles.
• Preferred qualifications include experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or other federal government programs.

• We design, build, and support RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Python frameworks.
• We develop and integrate backend services, data pipelines, and enterprise application components.
• We partner with systems engineers, data engineers, and UI/UX developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• We create automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows in Agile environments.
• We diagnose application defects, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues across distributed systems.
• We support cloud-native deployments, containerization, and secure software development practices.
