Family Nurse Practitioner - Out-Patient Clinic Setting-Loan Repayment Eligible (New Chicago, IN) 4 |10 schedule - Float position in Lake County sites We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected outpatient clinic. The Provider would be working a 4|10 schedule (float position in Lake County). The Provider would manage an estimated 18-20 patients per day and provide routine primary care services and see patients across the life span. The Provider would see patients with minor Illnesses and injuries including; colds, flu, physical exams, diabetic management and managing other routine and chronic conditions. The FNP would enjoy a competitive compensation package ranging from $105,000-$115,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, 401K with matching contribution, 3 weeks PTO, CME and CME Allowance of $1,500, as well as loan repayment program through the NHSC ($25,000 per year) paid to the providers student loans-minimum of $50,000 for a two year commitment or Nursing Corp which offers up to 60% of loan debt forgiveness.
