Occupational Therapy Services treats patients with cardiopulmonary, neurological, orthopedic, medicine, trauma, surgical, oncology populations. Shift: Employee would work Monday through Friday, 0700-1530 (start time could be flexible up to 0800). Would be required to work one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) during a 4 week period, which would result in a day off during the applicable week.

Certifications required: BLS, State Licensed

Yes - may be utilized in any therapy service line Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Locals accepted: No. What is the local radius rule? 75 miles RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days within 13-week contract Guaranteed Hours: Yes, 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: Establishes treatment plan and provides treatment, considering discharge needs; expected discharge functional status; and appropriate equipment and supplies. Educates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients, families, and other health care providers; making recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed. Delegates to assistants and techs, through written and verbal communication including determining the skill level or competency required to provide interventions to best meet the needs of the patient. Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies. Special Equipment: SPH equipment, vital carts, IPAD interpreter, ADL supplies.
