Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervision.Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transport and minimize product damage.Label packages correctly and prepare shipments for carrier pickup or delivery.Maintain productivity and accuracy goals while meeting daily shipping deadlines.Packer Qualifications:Follow all warehouse safety procedures, quality standards, and operational policies.Keep packing stations and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazardsHave the ability to lift 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Basic computer and warehouse management system experience preferred.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
