Certifications: BLS certification from an approved vendor

Must-Have: AZDHS CT license, No hits on state license to practice, Driver's license to verify residency

Description: The position requires working a night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Candidates will work on Monday through Wednesday. There are two call shifts required per month, with no holidays scheduled. Preferred experience includes stroke, trauma, pediatric, and cardiac cases. Candidates must outline all criteria they are willing to accept on their application. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will facilitate a quicker offer. Candidates must be ready to start on the listed start date or within one week after. Requests for time off cannot exceed seven days and are not permitted during the first week of the assignment. It is essential for candidates to list all facilities they are willing to work in as well as all shifts and departments they are experienced in. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. Immediate notification is required if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Candidates must have life support certifications from recognized organizations. Compliance with all background check standards is essential. A completed skills checklist in CT Tech must be submitted within the last 12 months. The candidate's driver's license will be required for residency verification. Travel experience is highly preferred. Candidates need to ensure there are no negative reports on their state license to practice. All requirements must be thoroughly documented for consideration.
