UForce Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations and contribute to a positive, professional, and community-driven training environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, people-oriented, and motivated to grow within the fitness industry. The Assistant GM will work closely with ownership and staff to support member experience, operational efficiency, and overall gym growth.

Responsibilities

• Support daily gym operations and front-of-house management
• Help create a welcoming, high-energy member experience
• Assist with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks
• Support membership sales, retention, and community engagement efforts
• Coordinate promotions, events, and outreach initiatives
• Maintain operational organization and professionalism throughout the facility
• Assist with staff coordination and team communication
• Help ensure systems and processes run smoothly day to day

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or community building preferred
