Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and policy violations. Facilitate conflict resolution and partner with leaders to achieve positive outcomes that balance employee experience with business needs. Coach managers through performance management conversations, corrective action processes, documentation, and employee development discussions. Support a respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify top talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer processes. Provide guidance on interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation. Coordinate background checks, onboarding activities, and new hire integration. HR Partnership & Compliance Advise leadership on human resources best practices, employment law, company policies, and compliance requirements. Support leave of absence administration and employee accommodations. Assist leaders with compensation discussions, organizational changes, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives. Conduct exit interviews, analyze workforce trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Develop and deliver training on HR-related topics including workplace conduct, performance management, and leadership effectiveness. Minimum three (3) years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience. Experience managing employee relations issues and workplace investigations. Experience supporting recruiting, performance management, compensation, leave administration, and HR compliance. Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification. Healthcare or multi‑site HR experience. Experience supporting physician practices or outpatient healthcare environments. Experience facilitating employee investigations and coaching leaders through complex employee relations matters. Experience developing and delivering training programs.
