We are currently looking for 'Technical Transfer Specialist – Manufacturing Operations (W2 Contract)' to support one of our clients with the following skills:
Requirement:
Hiring: Technical Transfer Specialist – Manufacturing Operations (W2 Contract)
Location: Tucson, AZ
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Extendable)
Pay Rate: $30–$32/hr on W2
We are looking for a Technical Transfer Specialist to support product and process transfers from R&D to Manufacturing within a regulated Life Sciences environment.
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• 1+ year of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or related industries
• Experience working in GMP/cGMP environments
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma is a plus)
• Strong project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience following SOPs, quality systems, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Support technical and process transfer activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and project milestones
• Assist with process validation and manufacturing documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
