Job Description Contingent Upon Contract Award Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking aLead Business Systems Analystto serve as atop‑leveltechnical contributor with deepexpertiseacross the full lifecycle of IT applications and infrastructure. This roleis responsible forevaluating current operations,identifyinggaps against industry best practices, and developing actionable plans to drive modernization and process improvement. The Lead Analyst will alsoprovidestrategic technical guidance to project teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into system solutions. Key Responsibilities Document existing business operations, workflows, and technical practices across applications and infrastructure. Analyze current processes against recognizedindustry and IT best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement. Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to guide the evolution of systems, processes, and operational maturity. Serve as a senior member of across‑functionalteam,providingexpert insight into the business implications of applying new or enhanced systems. Support the full lifecycle of IT initiatives, from requirements and design through implementation and sustainment. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system solutions align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and operational needs. Minimum Requirements Must have an active Secret clearance. Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or technical field Agilecertification, Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferably with an Agile focus), or an equivalent credential. Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or related IT functions.
