Requirements Proven Expertise: 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3+ years specifically dedicated to Mechanical or Hardware Engineering

• Hardware Fluency: A deep understanding of the lifecycle of physical products—from initial R&D and rapid prototyping to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and complex supply chain integration
• Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders through the use of recruiting metrics, data integrity, and a partnership-first mindset
• Technical Versatility: A strong track record of recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, or Physical Science roles within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
