Job Title: RN Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Experience: 3 years of case management experience or the equivalent of education and experience License: Active RN License (California) Certifications: BSN, BLS required Must-Have: Case management experience; recent experience in Medicine and Emergency Department preferred Description: This position involves care coordination and case management. The RN will support patients through the healthcare process. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The RN will assist in discharge planning and care coordination. Experience with charting systems, particularly Epic, is required. Knowledge of CMS guidelines, InterQual criteria, and HEDIS measures is preferred. The role may require floating between similar units as needed. Business casual dress attire is expected. Weekends may be required, depending on unit needs. Candidates must have experience in acute hospital settings. No temporary licenses will be accepted. First-time travelers are welcome if experience requirements are met. Candidates must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
