This is a full-time, hands‑on position with a clear path for advancement from C-Level -> B-Level -> A-Level Technician. Technician Career Path: C-Level Technician — Starting at $20/hour Routine maintenance Tires Basic repairs Shop upkeep B-Level Technician — Increased Pay Brake work Suspension work Fluid flushes Bolt‑on component replacement A-Level Technician — $100K+ Potential Advanced diagnostics and engine repair Exhaust systems Diagnose an issue, complete the repair, and hand the vehicle back to the front of house Advanced technical and mechanical work What We're Looking For: Student mentality — always willing to learn and improve Strong work ethic and reliability Team player who is willing to learn and teach others Integrity and pride in quality workmanship Previous automotive experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Why Join Us?
