About the Role:

That's why we're dedicated to hiring the best and most experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate care to our clients. As an Albany Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed

• Help implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the care team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and daily activities

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients and families

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on caregiving best practices

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required

• Minimum 0 years of experience in caregiving (training provided)

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients with ease

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
