Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
RPh on the Go is hiring a Pharmacist in Charge for a retail pharmacy in Mason, OH. This is a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to step into a leadership role with long-term potential.

- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 13-Week Temp-to-Perm
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Lead and support pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and regulations
- Manage scheduling and optimize workflow
- Drive operational improvements and team success
Requirements
- Active Ohio Pharmacist license
- Previous pharmacy management experience (retail preferred)
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
