Employee Relations Manager

Virginia Retirement System seeks an Employer Relationship Manager to serve as a liaison between VRS and participating employers. The incumbent will drive outreach, resolve escalations, and advocate for employer concerns within the agency. The role leads ad hoc interdepartmental project teams to address policy and technical issues, onboard new employers, and improve retirement benefit services.
