One of our clients is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide support and care in the Carver/Lakeville area. Immediate start. Compensation Registered Nurse (RN): $60/hr. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $55/hr. Responsibilities Work directly with residents to ensure that their needs are met. Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care. Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in the patient’s care plan. Accurately document all care provided to patients and note all observations. Work with medical team, patient, and their family and visitors to ensure a pleasant and positive atmosphere. Participate in rounds, ensuring others are caring for the patient, understanding treatments that have been provided, and ascertaining the patient’s future needs. Required Experience and Education Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license. Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including a physical examination, TB skin test, and CPR certification. Benefits Weekly compensation processing.
