Job Full Description

Position Overview - Quality Control / Inspection Role
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

First Article Inspection
Data entry into quality databases (Inspections, DMR tracking, QC 2000, etc.)
Mechanical drawing interpretation
Communicate product and material nonconformances to management
Perform inspections with minimal supervision
Additional QC responsibilities as assigned by QC Manager, including:
- In-Process Inspection
- Final Inspection
- Raw Material Inspection (Bar Stock)
- Incoming Inspection (Purchased Parts)
- Calibration of metrology tools
- Outside inspections as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong knowledge of metrology equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, depth micrometers, gauge pins, etc.)
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Basic math skills (measurements, calculator use)
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
3-5 years of experience in assembly preferred
Familiarity with ISO standards
