Fish Window Cleaning is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and resourceful Franchise Development Specialist to join our Headquarters team. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are not looking for someone to post jobs, review applications, and wait for prospects to appear. We need someone who can identify untapped franchise opportunities, research markets, build outreach strategies, leverage AI and digital tools, and connect with potential business owners before our competitors do. We'll provide the budget and support. You bring the creativity, initiative, and determination to find and engage the right people. What You’ll Do Identify high-potential franchise markets and territories throughout North America Research and develop innovative ways to reach prospective franchise owners Use AI tools, social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and prospecting technologies to generate qualified leads Build targeted outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, Facebook, email, text, phone, and emerging platforms Create and test new lead generation strategies rather than relying solely on traditional methods Build relationships with entrepreneurs, business professionals, and individuals interested in business ownership Qualify prospective franchise candidates and introduce them to our Franchise Development Team Conduct market research and competitive analysis Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns that attract entrepreneurial prospects Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate CRM records Continuously look for new, creative ways to put Fish Window Cleaning in front of the right audience Who You Are A self-starter who thrives on creating opportunities rather than managing existing ones Naturally curious and resourceful Comfortable experimenting with new technology, AI tools, and digital marketing platforms A strong relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people Persistent, resilient, and energized by the challenge of finding opportunities others miss Equal parts researcher, marketer, prospector, and salesperson What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in business development, franchise development, outbound sales, growth marketing, lead generation, recruiting, or related fields Demonstrated success creating leads through proactive outreach and prospecting Experience using LinkedIn, social media, and digital tools to identify and engage prospects Familiarity with AI-powered research, prospecting, and marketing tools Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot Franchise industry experience is a plus Marketing experience is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Must live in or be willing to relocate to the St. Louis area Why Join Fish Window Cleaning?
