Job Description
Respond to Network Operations Center (NOC) trouble tickets and resolve issues remotely or onsite
Perform RF surveys, public safety grid testing, and annual site surveys
Document work activities, site conditions, and testing results
Troubleshoot DAS, coax, fiber, and related equipment
Perform basic installation, removal, wiring, and cabling tasks
Coordinate with customers, engineers, and internal teams
Required PPE: Hardhat, high-vis vest, gloves, steel toed boots, goggles Required Tools: basic cabling hand tools
