Texas OBGYN Job with $350k Guaranteed Base Salary and More
Escape the grind and build a thriving OB/GYN practice in a close-knit west Texas community at an 86-bed, Federally Qualified Health Center Critical Access Hospital. Enjoy strong earnings and a relaxed pace of life, with easy access to Abilene and Lubbock.
Practice details include:
- $300K-$350K guaranteed base salary (3 years) + $57/RVU production bonus
- $30K sign-on
- Loan forgiveness
- 6 weeks PTO
- 86-bed Critical Access Hospital + Federally Qualified Health Center
- Clinic located across from hospital; join 3 OB/GYNs + FP/OB support
- Flexible support with APPs
- ~15-18 patients/day and ~10 deliveries/month
- 1:4 call rotation
- Call pay and midlevel oversight bonus
