Base Pay $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 / Year Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Manage Others No The Residential Water Treatment Sales Representative is responsible for closing in-home water treatment sales with homeowners. This is a commission-only, high-performance role designed for sales professionals who thrive on pressure, competition, and income growth. You will present, overcome objections, and close deals on the first visit . This is not a long-cycle or consultative sales position. Requirements Core Responsibilities Run in-home residential appointments with homeowners Perform on-site water tests and product demonstrations Identify pain points and create urgency around water issues Handle objections and ask for the sale directly Close same-day deals whenever possible Accurately complete sales paperwork and agreements Maintain professional conduct while driving results 100% commission with strong per-deal payouts #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
