Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized treatment protocols to aid in their journey toward functional successes
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Utilize evidence-based strategies to bolster patients' physical abilities, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
• Coach Patients and Families: Equip patients and their families with essential skills and knowledge to support ongoing recovery at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Maintain accurate documentation of clinical outcomes and make revisions to therapy plans to ensure optimal patient advancement

Education

• Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy
• Encouragement for continuing education and advanced certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
