Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health history, needs, and goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address personal challenges and objectives, adjusting them as necessary based on client progress.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups, addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to client wellness.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to remain informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and industry best practices.

• Contribute to program development by sharing insights and ideas aimed at improving service delivery and program effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license or certification as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not mandatory.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually , based on experience and hours worked.
