Deep understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and crawling and indexing issues. Deep understanding of content topical authority and evolving user intent. Proven track record driving measurable organic growth, revenue impact, and search visibility improvements. Expert level proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio. Director of SEO Responsibilities: Oversee development and execution of technical, on page, off page, and content SEO strategies for client partners. Keep strategies ahead of search engine updates, generative AI search behavior, and evolving user intent. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of SEO Strategists through regular one on ones and performance expectations. Lead team capacity planning, prioritization, and resource alignment across client work.
