Hospice RN Case Manager Location: Sandwich, MA Company: Hospice Services of Massachusetts We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Case Manager to join our hospice team. As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will plan, organize, and direct hospice care for our patients and their families. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need. $42 to $52 an hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay. This is an on-the-road position that requires the candidate to have a driver's license and an insured and reliable vehicle. Candidate must be willing to travel to portions of Barnstable and Plymouth Counties.
