Our outpatient mental health clinic is well-equipped with the latest technology and resources, ensuring that you have all the necessary tools at your disposal to provide top-quality care. You will collaborate with a team of experienced mental health professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients, focusing on their psychosocial needs. Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the needs of seniors and their families. Monitor client outcomes and adjust intervention strategies as necessary, working closely within a multidisciplinary team. Provide ongoing support to families, equipping them with resources and strategies to foster better mental health outcomes. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, maintaining ethical and regulatory standards in all interactions. Build meaningful rapport with clients and their families, creating a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing. Patient Population / Client Focus This role focuses primarily on seniors, who often face complex emotional and practical challenges that can affect their mental well-being. You will be pivotal in assessing their unique needs and delivering tailored interventions, ultimately aiming to enhance their overall quality of life. Qualifications A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required. Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Colorado. Demonstrated expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management specific to seniors. Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating with team members and engaging with clients. Organizational and planning capabilities to manage diverse client needs effectively. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with seniors or in geriatric mental health. Proficiency in evaluating and addressing age-related or developmental issues specific to the senior population. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred to better serve our diverse community. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
