Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours guaranteed per week, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 60

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to mothers throughout labor and delivery
• Support families during the postpartum recovery journey
• Monitor and nurture newborns in the nursery setting
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure safe deliveries
• Educate new parents on newborn care and recovery

Qualifications

• Active Michigan nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN certifications required
• Level 1 nursery experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong Labor and Delivery expertise
• Postpartum care knowledge
• Newborn nursery skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
