We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician / Facilities Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of a growing industrial manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure across production, laboratory, warehouse, and office environments.

The successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems while helping ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted facility operations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Diagnose equipment and building system issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Support facility operations by maintaining lighting, doors, fixtures, compressed air systems, pumps, motors, and other building infrastructure.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety concerns.
• Coordinate with outside contractors, vendors, and service providers as required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inventory of spare parts and supplies using CMMS or other maintenance tracking systems.
• Assist with equipment moves, facility modifications, and special projects as needed.
• Support emergency repairs and respond to critical maintenance issues when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, commercial, laboratory, pharmaceutical, data center, or similar facility environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Working knowledge of pumps, motors, compressors, utility systems, and general facility infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Ability to lift equipment and materials, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding maintenance activities.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance management software.
• HVAC certification, electrical license, or other skilled trades certifications.
• Experience supporting laboratory, clean manufacturing, chemical processing, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and reliability best practices.
