Job Summary:
The CT Technologist (Computed Tomography Technologist) position is located in Stanford, California. This role involves performing various computed tomography (CT) procedures on advanced imaging equipment. The technologist works under the guidance of radiologists and actively participates in training programs, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma; certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Radiography (ARRT-RTR), computed tomography (ARRT-CT within 1 year), venipuncture certification within 30 days; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to establish effective relationships across diverse groups; proficiency in performing complex diagnostic imaging procedures; knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, imaging techniques, patient positioning, and image processing; troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining high-quality exam standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Performs specialized tasks associated with operation of CT scanners including IV contrast administration, equipment maintenance, image evaluation, and patient preparation. Ensures radiation safety, manages workflow efficiently, and collaborates effectively with team members.
