Job Description Plastic Injection Molding Operator, Up to $20/hr – Troy, MI Are you an experienced Plastic Injection Molding Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company? Do you have industry experience operating and running plastic injection molding machines? If you have die setting experience and can drive a forklift, this could be the job for you! Qualifications Previous experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing Ability to operate and run plastic injection molding machines Die setting and/or process experience ( die setting preferred ) Forklift experience with ability to obtain certification Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Skills Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints Knowledge of various plastics and molding processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Reliable and team-oriented As a 1st Shift Plastic Injection Molding Operator , you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, performing die changes, monitoring quality, and ensuring efficient production.
