Alvita Care is seeking New York employees for per diem HHAs & PCAs for Nassau County, NY -- we're hiring for experienced, empathetic, and proactive professionals!

Qualifications:

• Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
• Must live in or near Nassau County
• At least 6 months to 1 year work experience
• Availability for Day, Night Shifts
• Driver is a plus!
• Must be discrete and professional in all communications, written and verbal
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form
• Must successfully complete Alvita Care process to accept cases

Details:

• Per diem day shifts 8-12 hours
• M-F availability is nice, but weekends are a plus!
• Good tech skills, and proactivity are all helpful
• Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check)

We have private-duty one-on-one care cases available as well as facility based care cases. All applicants are subject to a phone screening to determine compatibility and overall availability of accommodations for both the caregiver and the agency. Please note that cases with Alvita Care are only available to caregivers who successfully complete the onboarding process.
