Position: Part‑Time 8:00‑1:00 Monday‑Friday Location: In Home Compensation: $30+ per hour, based on experience What You’ll Do Deliver individualized, one‑on‑one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s goals and strengths. Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to track progress and guide next steps. Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure thoughtful, data‑driven treatment decisions. Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary. Work across homes, schools, and clinic settings to support clients where they thrive best. What You Bring Active RBT certification. Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not already certified). Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Experience supporting individuals in home, school, or clinical environments. A genuine commitment to helping individuals with autism and empowering families. Part‑time availability Monday‑Friday, between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $30+ per hour. Certification reimbursement to support your professional growth.
