General Description

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing promotional campaigns that support the growth of the company’s crop protection portfolio. This role works cross-functionally with sales, technology, regulatory, and external partners to deliver compliant, effective marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and revenue across targeted distributors, retailer and grower segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated promotional campaigns for crop protection within Salesforce and across multiple channels (field promotions, public relations, digital and print advertising, and events).
• Partner closely with field teams to align campaigns with regional priorities, seasonal crop cycles, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product development and segment managers to translate technical product benefits and portfolio segmentation into clear, compelling, and compliant marketing messages.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
• Coordinate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure all promotional materials uphold compliance standards.
• Work with external agencies, vendors, and printers to execute campaign assets and trafficking
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, sales lift) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Support trade shows, field days, and related meetings as part of broader promotional initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and impact.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a closely related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or commercial roles, preferably within agriculture, crop protection, or related sciences.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for agricultural chemical marketing and experience working with distributors, retailers, or sales organizations in agriculture.
• Demonstrated experience with strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
• Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, analytics and similar tools within Salesforce.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, regulated environment without sacrificing data-driven decision-making abilities

Additional Qualification

• Proficiency with Salesforce campaign creation and management
• Excellent track record of collaboration, written and spoken communication skills, and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of agricultural markets, grower decision-making, and seasonal demand cycles.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and budgets, including demonstrated project manage acumen.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Willingness to travel for field activities, meetings and trade events.

Base Salary: The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from:
$100,000 to $135,000. Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible for an incentive program or profit-sharing program in addition to their base salary.
