• 90% of the work is Laptop Refresh

o 1000 laptops per year approximately

o Most of the work is automated (SCCM mostly)

o Customer facing

• 10% is Support Tickets (break/fix & software installs)

o Troubleshooting

o Use AI to look up and solve issues

• Level of position – he said Level 2 about 2-4 years of experience

• Most important to the hiring manager is Personality (fit with Team, end user facing)

• Top Technical Skills

o SCCM

o Windows OS (M365)

o Being able to review documentation and follow it

o Strong soft skills (communication, drive, want to learn,

o Nice to have some knowledge

 Citrix

 Active Directory

 Some light scripting (Powershell)

This is a Contract position based out of Westfield Center, OH.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
