Turning service calls into sales opportunities Following up on renewals, requotes, and referrals Educating clients and recommending better coverage Hitting goals, earning commissions, and winning bonuses Requirements Bi‑lingual Spanish language skills Coachable, team player Outgoing, confident, and persuasive Customer-focused but sales‑motivated Comfortable on phones and computers Detail‑oriented and dependable Insurance experience a plus (we’ll train the right attitude) Active P&C license preferred — or willingness to get licensed (we help!)
