Senior Warehouse Operations Manager

A fast-paced apparel distribution organization is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse and distribution operations across multiple facilities. This individual will lead day-to-day operations, inventory control, fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse teams while driving productivity, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong warehouse leadership experience within apparel, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods distribution. Responsibilities: Oversee receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns operations. Manage warehouse and inventory activities across three distribution centers. Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates. Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and shipping performance. Develop SOPs and drive process improvements and cost reductions. Support WMS, RF scanning, and warehouse automation initiatives. Maintain strong safety, quality, and customer service standards. Requirements: 5+ years of warehouse management experience in apparel, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods distribution. 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading warehouse teams. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control. Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Apparel distribution experience highly preferred. RF scanning, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr DSJ Global
