We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic Finance team where you'll play a key role in financial reporting, process improvement, and business partnership initiatives as the organization continues to scale. What You'll Do + Lead key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis + Maintain the general ledger in accordance with U.S. GAAP, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data + Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits + Research and interpret accounting guidance, including ASC 606 and ASC 842, and assist with technical accounting memos + Support the development and enhancement of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls + Partner with FP&A, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of contracts and business transactions + Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and reporting efficiencies + Assist with ERP system enhancements, implementations, and special projects that support company growth What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance + 4+ years of progressive accounting experience + Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP + Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting + Advanced Excel skills + Experience with ASC 606 and/or ASC 842 + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills + Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications + CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification + Public accounting experience + Experience within fintech, SaaS, technology, or high-growth private equity-backed organizations + Exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite + Experience with automation initiatives and process improvement projects + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment Why Consider This Opportunity? + Join a growing and innovative fintech organization + Gain exposure to technical accounting and strategic business initiatives + Be part of a collaborative, high-performing finance team + Opportunity to influence processes, automation, and scalability efforts + Work closely with leadership and cross-functional business partners + Strong career growth potential as the company continues to expand If you're a proactive accounting professional looking to make an impact while growing your career in an exciting fintech environment, we'd love to hear from you. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
