We're Hiring!

A Secondary Lead Teacher - to Join our nurturing, nature-base hybrid program where learning is hands-on, meaningful, and rooted in connection.

Location: Southern Fresh Farms in Fort Myers Florida

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 3:30PM

Position Highlights:

Requirements:

Certified Teacher
Experience differentiating instruction for varying academic abilities
Comfortable teaching in a mixed-age/multi-level environment
Experience with cross-curricular lesson planning & project-based learning
Strong classroom management rooted in connection & SEL
Ability to foster creativity, independence, and collaboration
Strong communication skills with families and team members
Flexible, organized, and growth-minded
